Sandra Bullock Vs The Porn Star

KOMPAS.com - American actress Sandra Bullock is fighting a porn star for custody of her five-year-old child. The 45-year-old star is married to Janine Lindemulder's ex-husband Jesse James, with whom he has a daughter, Sunny.

But Bullock and James are fighting for sole custody of the child, accusing Janine of being an unfair mum who falls asleep following drug binges and highlighting her recent stint in jail over tax charges.

Tattooed Janine, who has been in more than 100 adult movies, has now fought back, attacking the Hollywood actress for trying to take her child. 'What would give her the right to take away my daughter?,' she asked, clearly outraged.

As part of their court bid, Bullock wrote a lengthy application for custody. In it she states: 'While in Janine's care, sometimes Sunny is left alone during the day, while her mother is asleep from drug use.'

Saying the attacks 'hurt her tremendously', Janine insists she is a changed woman.

'I am the best mother I can be,' she told Good Morning America

'Yes, I have absolutely made horrific choices in the past. I've had my share of drugs.

'But then there's a huge portion of my life, a 10-year span, where there's nothing - I didn't need it.'

In Sandra's court papers, she claims that Janine has accused her of wanting Sunny as her daughter because she cannot have children of her own.

'That could not be further from the truth,' Bullock says in the court papers.

Janine insists that is not her argument. 'I do believe the reason Sandra is so interested in Sunny is she is saving Sunny from me - from her own mother,' she said.

'That's what I believe.' Janine was a famous porn star who also appeared in pop videos, including on the album cover for the 1999 Blink 182 album, Enema Of The State. But a court order prevents her working in the adult industry at the moment and she says she is instead trying to start a career as a tattoo artist.

Meanwhile James has said in his own court papers that his ex hid from him the fact that she has married again, to Jeremy Aikman, who he calls 'a two-time State and Federal felon' in the papers. Janine insists her biggest dream is to actually meet the Hollywood star and try to show her that she is no longer the woman she once was.

'Sandy doesn't know what goes on in my house - I'd love her too. Please, come over! I'll make dinner. You know, let's sit down, two women.

'It hurts tremendously. The accusations, especially from Sandra, because we've never sat down and talked.

'That's the one I wish more than anything for - just communication.'
