Ini Daftar Jawara Grand Final PropertyGuru Asia 2024, Ada Sinar Mas Land dan Summarecon Group

KOMPAS.com - Grand Final ke-19 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards digelar di The Athenee Hotel, Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand, Jumat (13/12/2024). Didukung V-ZUG, acara tersebut menampilkan lebih dari 130 finalis dari seluruh Asia yang merayakan pencapaian terbaik mereka di tingkat internasional.

Salah satu penghargaan utama dalam ajang penghargaan tersebut adalah The Best Developer in Asia yang diberikan kepada Zhuhai Huafa Properties Co, Ltd. Penghargaan ini merupakan capaian perdana perusahaan tersebut di ajang PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.

Direktur Pelaksana Marketplaces PropertyGuru Group, Jeremy Williams, mengapresiasi seluruh pemenang PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.

Rangkaian PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2024, kata dia, mendatangkan banyak penghargaan pertama.

Melalui People’s Choice Awards, lanjut Jules, pihaknya melibatkan pembeli properti serta memberi wadah untuk mendukung pengembang yang berbagi aspirasi dan nilai-nilai mereka.

Sementara itu, Chairperson Grand Final PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2024 Thien Duong menilai, para pemenang penghargaan tahun ini di seluruh Asia Pasifik telah membuat para juri terkesan dengan rancangan induk dan desain mereka yang berkelanjutan dan fungsional.

Rancangan tersebut mencakup berbagai hal, mulai dari kota-kota besar hingga rumah layak huni dan ruang komersial yang dinamis.

“Keunggulan dalam pengembangan properti terus-menerus didefinisikan ulang di seluruh wilayah, dan kami senang dapat berkontribusi pada evolusi yang sedang berlangsung ini. Selamat kepada para pemegang standar emas real estate di seluruh Asia Pasifik,” ujar Thien.

Seleksi ketat juri independen

Sebagai informasi, seleksi pemenang diawasi secara ketat oleh panel juri independen yang berasal dari berbagai bidang.

Seleksi berlangsung adil dan transparan di bawah pengawasan Paul Ashburn dari HLB International Real Estate Group–jaringan global firma akuntansi profesional yang diakui sebagai 2024 Network of the Year.

Panel juri yang terlibat dalam penghargaan tersebut di antaranya adalah General Director di GroupGSA Vietnam Thien Duong yang mewakili Vietnam, CEO 360 degrees – Real Estate Services Ajai A Kapoor dari India, dan Presiden TAJARA Leisure & Hospitality Group Inc Cyndy Tan Jarabata dari Filipina.

Selain itu, ada pula Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Midori no Ki Eddie Guillemette dari Jepang, Presiden Malaysian Institute of Architects periode 2020-2022 Datuk Ar Ezumi Harzani Ismail dari Malaysia, dan Executive Director International Business Charter Keck Cramer Ivan Lam yang berbasis di Australia.
